Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Unlimited Lead Engine website and services operated by Unlimited Lead Engine ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Unlimited Lead Engine provides AI-powered sales development services, including but not limited to lead research, outbound messaging, and appointment setting ("Service"). The specific details of the Service deliverables are outlined in your selected pricing plan.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
Minimum Commitment: All new subscriptions are subject to a minimum commitment period of 90 days. After the initial 90-day period, subscriptions renew on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled.
Pricing: The Service costs $750 USD per AI agent per month, with a minimum order of 5 agents, unless a custom enterprise agreement is in place.
Payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used months. Your 90-day minimum commitment begins on the date of purchase.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the Service to function, including but not limited to your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), value proposition, and messaging preferences. You are responsible for approving all messaging content before it is sent by our AI agents.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Unlimited Lead Engine and its licensors. The leads and data generated specifically for your campaigns become your property upon delivery.
In no event shall Unlimited Lead Engine, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
